JAMB is set to hold its crucial Policy Meeting on or before June 25th, 2025 to decide the official UTME cut-off marks for the 2025/2026 admission process into all Nigerian tertiary institutions!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧?
The Policy Meeting is where JAMB and education stakeholders set the minimum UTME scores needed for admission into universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education.
After the meeting, the official cut-off marks will be announced and the 2025 admission process will kick off!
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐭-𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬 (𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥):
•Universities: 140–150
•Polytechnics: 100–120
•Colleges of Education: 100–120
Note: Some schools/courses may require higher scores!

Once the cut-off marks are out, candidates who meet them can proceed to post-UTME screenings at their chosen schools.
